Different sized thumbnails for the same image? - is it possible?

I’m just wondering, if it’s possible to have 2 thumbnails for the same image? And whether there’s a plugin that’ll do this?! Basicallly, on my front page, i want to show 5 or 6 of my latest images which link to articles. These images will be roughly 100 × 100 in size. When you visit the article, it’ll have a preview of the image at the top which will be roughly 400 × 200 in size. And finally, if you click on the 400 × 200 image, it’ll show the full size image using a lightbox script!

Is this possible without uploading the picture twice and setting different thumbnail sizes for each upload?!

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
