User permissions depending on category?

Hi all,

I tried to find a solution via the search, but unfortunately wasn’t successful.

So that’s my question: is ist possible to give users access rights depending from the category? For example, “Redakteur” with status as “Managing Editor” should only be allowed to write in category “General”…how can I do this?
