show and hide excerpt & body

I’d like to do the following with my articles preview:

- on article page display excerpt by default and provide a link to body text
- when clicked open body text and hide excerpt text (and vice versa)…and this all should happen on the same page.

I think you need javascript for that. You could take a look into jQuery. There a lot of examples doing that, for example this one.
