comments acting weird

Installed a fresh copy of textpattern, and now when I enter a comment and hit preview, it sends me to the main page, nothing happens

check it out and try posting a comment, you’ll see what I mean

any thoughts?

P.S. I modified the PHP code to allow the Submit button to work, same thing, it just redirects to the main page, not comment is added.
