moved site to new server, need a way to decrypt the passwords

I just moved a website to a new web server:

http://thesecondroad.org/old_site/

Because the encryption on this server is different, none of the passwords work. I need a way to either reset the passwords or to decrypt the passwords. Suggestions?

I think you should take control over chartsets.

He means ‘charset’ (character set), but I think you’ll find what you want in the FAQ
