help i forgot password and hack is not working

hallo, i have a problem, forgot the only username password. I have accesed MySQL database, but the only solution MySQL query:

update txp_users set pass=password(lower(‘pass’)) where name=‘user’; (it is not inserting a user somehow :( )

I am not MySQL guru, but it is not working and says: Affected rows: 0 (Query took 0.0002 sec) :((

MySQL client version: 5.0.27

and unfortunately I dont know Textpatternt version, website was built ~1,5 year ago.

replace the word ‘user’ with your username.
