upload image error ???

When i upload an image in textpattern i get this error !!

Warning: Duplicate entry ‘0’ for key 1 insert into txp_image set name = ‘resizedDSC09433.jpg’, ext = ‘.jpg’, w = 480, h = 321, alt = ‘’, caption = ‘’, category = ‘’, date = now(), author = ‘Executive’ in /var/www/vhosts/abc.org/httpdocs/exec/textpattern/lib/txplib_db.php on line 84

then i get this at the same time :

There was a problem saving image data
