zem event mini calendar

Does anyone know why if you post an event using zem event with from & to dates ie 26 Sept – 30 Sept, this shows in the mini-calendar for the start date only? Far as I can see, unless I’m doing something wrong, to have the dates filled in on the mini cal – you have to set the start date and then repeat daily up to the end date.
