Automatic upgrade from 4.0.3 to 4.0.5 not working

Although I have ftp’d the new 4.0.5 files when I log into the admin account nothing happens (still showing 4.0.3 as the last update).

Any ideas what could cause this?

what do the diagnostics show? If it says no files were modified, perhaps you didn’t FTP the files to the right folder.
