Bug? Global accessing to custom_field in PHP + solution

In TXP 4.0.5 I cannot access custom_field in PHP (e.g. named “URL Casino”) as I used to:

$GLOBALS[‘thisarticle’][‘URL Casino’]

For accesing this variable I have to use this:

$GLOBALS[‘thisarticle’][‘url casino’]

So I find in publish.php on line 1018 this:

$out[$i] = strtolower($prefs[‘custom_’.$i.’_set’]);

And solution is removing strtolower function and I can access to custom_filed as always… So question is, why is there strtolower?
