AJAX for the admin panel?
I’m looking for AJAX plugins for the textareas (like how wordpress does it).
If there are any others that you guys use and find helpful, please list them, too.

Yea, I did. Unfortunately, no one has done any AJAX modifications (or at least hasn’t posted them there). I guess I’ll just steal Wordpress’s and move it over… and keep searching for other useful AJAX addons.

Re: AJAX for the admin panel?
That hak_tinymce doesn’t have the AJAX for changing the size of the textarea. I wonder if it’s using an older version? That’s really what I wanted… I could care less about the editing options (I’d rather everyone learn textile).

Re: AJAX for the admin panel?
I’m not sure what you are looking for. What should the textarea do via AJAX? Ajax is an implemetation method not a specific functionality.
hak_tinymce currently comes with an older version of TinyMCE but it’s just matter of downloading the new version and replacing the bundled one. Nothing is modified from the default TinyMCE install.

Re: AJAX for the admin panel?
Maybe you should just download a copy of Safari 3 — it has built in resizble textareas. This has made editing page code in TXP a lot easier for me :) (Note: its still a little buggy for general use…)
