Email hyperlinked in Comment.
Hello,
Recently I’m trying to give comment to one entries in my txp 4.0.5 powered site. I fill in my name and my email, and leave website field blank.
After I approve the comment, I see that my name in the comment is hyperlinked to my email. Is it designed that way? How can I change so that my name is not hyperlinked to my email.

Yes, it’s designed to do that. But you can remove email-link in comments with simple option in Textpattern. In Textpattern-panel: Preferences / Advanced / Never display e-mail address? / Yes. (http://www.yourdomain.com/textpattern/index.php?event=prefs&step=advanced_prefs). Enjoy, and have fun :-)
