Upgrading to 405

Should I overwrite the old files or, can I delete the old files and then upload?

Thanks!

Re: Upgrading to 405

OK, thanks, I have a backup of all the TXP files and the db so no problem. When I was with WordPress, they said overwriting might create errors, so I was just wondering if it was the same with TXP.

Re: Upgrading to 405

Hi.

I think this process is still valid:

Upgrading from 4.0.3 to 4.0.4

Also, there are other good ideas there to apply for/while upgrading.

But… really… isn’t the TxP upgrade process one of the most easiest/pain-free you have ever done?

Re: Upgrading to 405

Thanks for the replies. Yes, TXP is the easiest to upgrade, in fact, the whole system is great, I love the admin interface.
