filter comments by status / comment search by parent title, not ID #

I’m using mrw_spamkeywords_urlcount to great effect on my Txp weblog, but actually deleting the spam has proven to be a chore. There doesn’t seem to be a way to filter the Comments tab by comment status, showing only those that are marked as spam or moderated. This would be a great feature, and would instantly improve the usability of anti-spam plugins. I’m aware that you can sort by comment status, but this still leaves you checking off comments one at a time rather than using the “select all” button.

While trying to work around this limitation, I found that searching comments by parent article doesn’t behave as one might expect. Instead of searching by article title this is actually a search by article ID number — something most users won’t know, and may not even know how to find. If it’s possible to do without breaking something, turning this into a title search would improve the usability of the Comments tab.
