Cannot find my permalink??

What is wrong when my texpattern site says that it cannot find the page when I click the header of an article

example.

My page is x.com/blog

when I click the header of an article “First post” it goes to

test.com/blog/article/1/first-post

and says

“Not Found
The requested URL /blog/article/1/first-post was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. “

Why does it not work?
I have same problem with the comments link, but if I setup the comments to a pop-up window, then comments link work.
