class.thumb cleaning
class.thumb is a bit of a mess.
Small improvements that would be nice :
- translate german comments to english
- get rid of unused bits (unsharp, magnifying glass, gray bar, return img tag)
- add callback functions before resize, and after resize (to allow plugins to do what has been deleted in point 2)

Ok, in such case :
- could that possibly be integrated in 4.0.x already ?
- could callback functions be added to it? (applying filters to images sounds useful to me)

- No. It constitutes a major change, which we’re avoiding for 4.0.x.
- That’s a possibility.
