How do I display recent articles which shown as cloud like tagging cloud?

Sorry, a cloud visualizes the number of articles that share a tag or a category, so I don’t understand what you mean by showing articles in a cloud?

The link returns a time out error. There is a way of achieving tag clouds in txp using rss_unlimited_categories
The plugin of course creates clouds of the categories not the articles.

O.K. I see what you mean. It really is sort of an article cloud. But what decides the output? (Number of times viewed, number of words in the article, number of comments, rating…) I can’t deduce that from your example.

Yes right you are , but I thought not everyone will put forward the list whole of the article in the front page. Its 10 articles limit :)

Well I found this plugins , but it not supported cloud mode.

That plugin is coming close indeed. Maybe you could ask in the plugin thread if the plugin author or someone else can adapt it to display a cloud?

For what its worth, I would consider exploring a different design pattern than a cloud for articles. Its like mixing metaphors in a way, considering clouds are almost entirely used for tags (categories). If you think of your reader, they expect to be able to see a few relavent lists.

X number of most popular articles

Its not to say that a design pattern can’t be scrapped for something new and better, but just to encourage you to think through that first?
