please help me finish up a site for a friend in TXP!! $$

hi TXP pros!

I started building this site (http://drawnconclusions.com/index.php) for a fantastic syndicated political cartoonist in canada and a personal friend of mine…but am swamped with other work and need help completing the site.

I have a list of features/functions that still need to be added as well as I would like to discuss some design issues as well.

timetable: would love to get it done in the next 2 weeks

my budget is modest but negotiable.
