XHTML+XML validity
Hi,
Is Textpattern XHTML+XML valid? I have read on other forums that Textpattern uses proprietary markup tags?

Re: XHTML+XML validity
Textpattern has it’s own set of tags, but these are only to enable you to dynamically create HTML pages. The TXP tags don’t show up in the resulting XHTML code:
TXP tags + XHTML (what you when administrating your website in TXP) -> TXP parser -> XHTML only (what the visitor sees)

Re: XHTML+XML validity
A basic example: <txp:sitename />
becomes My Site's Name
when the visitor loads it in their browser (regardless of what browser they use).
