Flash Video Gallery

So i’m planning a page that features videos i’ve worked on in the past. I will be encoding the videos myself and not uploading them to youtube. The videos will have a few elements; the FLV file, an explanation of the video, and an image to give the user an idea of what the video is.

I understand that these are basically just articles, and then the gallery page uses CSS to display how the various articles and their elements are shown. Is there a way so that everytime i want to add a video, it’s a fairly painless procedure where i just fill out a form(maybe even uploads the file for me?). i think it would be great to not have to touch any code everytime something has to get added.

Also is there a plugin that acts like the image lightbox stuff where when you chose to play a video the whole screen goes black except for the video which stays in full colour?
