Job offers web site?

Do you think it’s possibile to create, using TXP, a jobs post listing Web site a là http://www.authenticjobs.com/ ? Ideally what I can’t figure out by myself is if it’s possible to implement a form in order to allow users to submit listings linked to PayPal, meaning that if form post is successful the user will be re-directed to PayPal in order to make a payment with the required amount.

Any idea on how to do this with TXP or any other solution is greatly appreciated.
