Pipes and bit_rss to make your own tags?
Anyone thought of the possibilities of using bit_rss and Yahoo Pipes to make some of their own feeds, or even tags? (ie: a list of a specific author’s related articles?) Just thought of this, though I haven’t tried to figure anything out, but this is a good starting point

Pipes is interesting, I played around with it some.
The only problem I see is that Yahoo! has been slow lately, their pages are slow loading and their web mail takes forever to load – I get mesmerized by the animated cartoon figure.
So relying on Pipes for web content may slow down your site and overweight the benefits of combined feeds.
