First time I have received this error message when uploading images.

Warning: move_uploaded_file(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 10016 is not allowed to access /tmp/txp_W2iKpf owned by uid 48 in /home/httpd/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/textpattern/lib/txplib_misc.php on line 1197

Is this a template issue, or Textpattern issue?

try setting the “Temp folder” in the Textpattern advanced preferences to /home/httpd/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/textpattern/tmp

Ok, used your settings, and chmod the tmp folder to 777, and it worked.
