Home page is redirecting??

I had posted 3 new pages to my site today ( the first one’s I had used TP with) _ my host doesn’t allow for clean url’s. Everything was working fine, until I went back to change one thing – now, it’s all fubar!!! I had to change my directory index to allow index.php to be my homepage. The one seen on my site I put up without TP, but now, the pages I put up today are all redirecting back to that page! HELP!!
