Download tool
I need a better download section for my site, whats the best textpattern plugin that can display a list of files available for downloads in a category structure, enable ratings, uploaded date, number of downloads and comments for the specific download?

Sorry, but is there anything else than egi_filelist?
Something that would store files in the DB and make people able to rate and comment them.

If you use upm_file to associate links with articles, you can use an article list to display the file list, use comments, categories etcetera. Find yourself a rating plugin and you’re done.
