Help with Table design with CSS

Hi everybody

Im new to Textpattern, and rather new to CSS as well. Been coding in PHP and HTML though, so not totally green. :)

I need help with some table design – (image aligning maybe?) – in Textpattern.

What i want to do is make a site with a top menu bar (header), a right panel with a picture (sidebar), a sidebar to the left showing a menu (sidebar), a text area (showing text – duh?), beneath that a cell showing an image.

It is easier to understand if you look at this basic drawing: http://upload.eyeblaster.dk/data/basic.JPG

The black drawing at the bottom represents 1 image that i want to stretch from a little above the ending of the text, and then let it go all the way beneath the text.

How am i able to do that – with either the style or page design??

Hope someone can help me. :)

Re: Help with Table design with CSS

Thank you both for the good replies.

I have now fixed my problem, and found a few bits of codes to use on the way as well – I am impressed on how much control you get using CSS, when you learn to master the codes that is… ;)
