Publishing both full and excerpted feeds for different sections?

Is there any way of publishing a full feed for one section, and an excerpted feed for another section?

Also, how would I go about adding something like a footer to my feeds? There seems to be very little control over feed publishing in Texpattern, unless I’m missing something here.

You would need a plugin for both. The second, however, would be relatively simple to create.
