[textile] How do I define the width for a table?
How would I generate the following in Textile?
<table width="520"> and <td width="120">
It’s not stated anywhere in the documentation of Textile. Or is this not possible?

{width:120}. |a|b|c|Or use a class, and keep presentation out of your content.
