Using ones favorite editor to edit pages?

Is it possible to edit Textpattern pages in ones favorite HTML-editor or can it only be done inside Textpattern?

I haven’t been able to find anything about it elsewhere.

Yes, indeed there is, using this Bundle
and the Undesputable King of all Editors
