Links to Articles, Categories and Sections are not working

Generated navigation links within my textpattern site are not working. I am receiving a 404 Not Found error when trying to reference them.

I tried using the different txp tags to generate article lists on my default page. I tried doing it by section, category, etc. But when I click on the genereated links, the pages with the articles on them are not found.

http://www.transfigurationschoolnyc.org/index2.php is my default page.
You’ll see that
http://www.transfigurationschoolnyc.org/?s=HSA, which is supposed to be another page, is showing up as the exact same as the default page. I thought that this tag would reference a different section?

In Presentation – Sections, I do have HSA as a section.
I tried to reach it via the above methods in addition to http://www.transfigurationschoolnyc.org/HSA
but the it does not come up.

I also tried by the id, (as in http://www.transfigurationschoolnyc.org/index.php?id=8) but still nothing.

Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong? I am using messy url in Admin.

You renamed the file, that’s why: it must be index.php, not index2.php.
