[request] Combine articles+links feed ...

I am using links as “mini articles” … meaning not full blown entries, is there a way to include links in the main feed sorted chronologically ? Right now i have them as separate feeds but would love to have as one feed.

A plugin could do this, but I don’t believe one exists.

There is no such plug-in – I would also like an aggregate plug-in, combining TXP feed with external sources (del.icio.us or others).

I’d just like to speak up in favor of this. It’d be really great. I’m experimenting with FeedBlendr (http://feedblendr.com/), which works, but it would be much better to keep it all in house.

I struggled with this same issue — I tried FeedBlendr, but I didn’t like the way it fills “FeedBlendr” in as the author of all the posts. I ended up writing a simple script to merge the article and link feeds. Write-up and download available here:
