[textile] Bug: Apostrophe and closing single quote are not the same
Using the last version (rev2145), Textile still use both the real apostrophe and the single closing quote for apostrophe. It’s quite easy to test, just replace the glyph in the define scheme by something you can see, and apply Textile to a standard text. Sometimes apostrophe are apostrophe, sometimes they are single quote.
