error message returned with search results
Had time today to update all my sites to 404. All went well except for the imca one. The search results return a warning in the front end saying:
Warning: Raw PHP tags are deprecated in /users/home/yiannis/web/public/imca/main/textpattern/publish.php on line 996
I checked and I have no raw php. I am suspecting that it might be generated from one of the plugins but I just can’t figure out which one. The strange thing is that I have the same plugins installed in neme/main where no errors are returned.
Here is a sample search in the imca site…
Any ideas why the warning appears?
Merry xmass to all…

Turn off raw-php in preferences and then do a view source to see where the code is.

Hi sencer…You devs’ re always there for us!!
I have tried your suggestion and looked at the source which contained no php. Is there a way I could suppress the warning? The site functions just fine except when a search is preformed and even then all is fine except the warning…

Re: error message returned with search results
Found it It was an old plugin that I had: rsx_frontend_edit_link . Had to go through all the forms used by the site. Problem solved…
The question stands though… Is there a way I could suppress warnings when site is in live mode?
No need for an answer until after the holidays… Relaxation is so very important during these days.

Please consider using txp:php tags instead. See:
http://textpattern.com/faq/212/warning-raw-php-tags-are-deprecated
However, the fact that the warning remains in live-mode is actually a bug (mentioned on the weblog a while ago), which IIRC has been fixed in svn, and will become available with 4.0.5.
