License question

I have something that puzzles me.
I want to release a Template Set, und it must be under GPL (for TXP of course ).

Now I want to include some RF images. (which I pay for the download fee) Do I need an RF extended License, as it is outlined at fotolia.com ? ( the one to be used )
or can that be done with the a Standard license ?

( Asked there as well, but haven’t yet reply )

If any photographers here could aswer me that question, I’d be grateful.

regards, marios

Re: License question

Fotolia does not make this clear but in my experience the distribution of the images normally requires an extended license. I know for photos.com template sets are explicitly included as an example of something that requires the extended license.

However I would wait to see what they think because sometimes you cna get away with the standard licenses if your conditions meet certain criteria.

Re: License question

That’s good to know, hakjoon. I suspected something like that, so I signed up there and asked them.
In the meanwhile I work with the comps.
