2103 Pre-flight check
Pre-flight check doesn’t reflect the upgrade, it still reports the previous version I was running and it’s saying setup still exists and it doesn’t.

Then the upgrade did not run successfully. Another possibility: clear your browser’s cache.
…and it’s saying setup still exists and it doesn’t.
Verify that you have defined your path ($txpcfg['txpath']) correctly.
