Comment form at top of page?
Clicking comment puts the comment form below the post, is there a method to get it above the post?

Sure. You’ve got two options:
- Take the contents of “comments_display”, and place them within your article form wherever you want them, leaving the “comments_display” form empty.
- Turn off comment auto-append, then in your page, place the following wherever you want it:
<txp:if_individual_article><txp:article form="comments_display" /></txp:if_individual_article>
