Missing / at end of URL string

~~When I attempt to access any artcle … the perm link is for example:~~

~~http://www.nameofsite.com/develop/3/about-us~~

~~The problem is that I need it to be:~~

~~http://www.nameofsite.com/develop/3/about-us/~~

~~or I get a Page Not Found error~~

~~I am also getting this same type of behavior with Categories …~~

I switched to messy and it resolved the issue …
