[plugin] [ORPHAN] mdn_section_aware_comments

Well I did it, finally. PHP lint checking is a great tool.

So here it is: mdn_section_aware_comments.txt

From the help text:

<p>This plugin allows the user to select the section for which comments are displayed,
much like you can select categories for links. The tag takes the usual label, break, wraptag,
and limit parameters. Additionally it takes \‘section\’. The default for section is the
section the page displayed is using.</p>
