Can not use '&' in Site name (4.0.4)
When I use & in the Site name (eg. Yes & No), Textpattern 4.0.4 outputs it as Yes & No.
Fresh 4.0.4 install. & in Site name appears to work without fault in previous versions. Any ideas?

If it helps the actual HTML that is outputted is:
Yes & No

I have the same problem as well. I think the site name should be parsed in the same way as the site slogan.
