Transferring DB to Netfirms
I am trying to transfer my database from mediatemple to netfirms. does anyone have any experience with Netfirms? When i try to import the db, i get the following message. This is all very new to me… could it have to do with my htaccess file? Thanks…

Not .htaccess.
More likely is textpattern/config.php where you may have to change your username/password so you can access the database. Or perhaps you have to create a user/password combination for a database in MySQL in the webinterface that most hosting companies seem to offer nowadays.

ok now it is telling the db import was succesful, but i am skeptical because i dont see any tables or anything.
also, when i look at the actual website, i get this error:
