Quick Links
I can’t figure out the CSS/JavaScript problem with the checkbox and it’s label at the moment, and I’ve gotta go for a bit. Anyone wants to take a crack and fixing it – feel free to.
(I’ve got the feeling it’s to do with how I’ve got the elements appending to the form, but it could be a partly CSS problem too.)
So it looks a little off, but it should work okay.

Re: Quick Links
Seems like it is a CSS problem. Conflict with the .pun label declaration in base.css – you’ll need to set label to display inline.

Re: Quick Links
Oh, why the change Mary? I rather liked the previous navigation bar.

Re: Quick Links
I agree with Graeme too, I used the bar at the top too and it was consistent with textbook etc. (although I simplified out the newbie-info in brackets with stylish – it was good that you made that possible).

Re: Quick Links
Thank you Graeme. These stylesheets are huge and confusing.

Re: Quick Links
To keep it out of the way when it’s not needed. An alternative might be a CSS-based dropdown.

Re: Quick Links
Using IE5 for MacOS 9 the “Quick Links” menu doesn’t work without a “Go” button. Maybe it just doesn’t get rendered in some browsers, or it’s hidden: iCab shows a go-button at least together with the “Jump to” menu at the bottom of the page, where IE5 Mac doesn’t show it.

Re: Quick Links
You can’t do that with a select list.

Re: Quick Links
On the Txp Network Links, it doesn’t let me click on the Home link.
I’m using Firefox 2.0rc2.
Oh, and I can now use the middle mouse button to open up the links in a tab.

There is a small mistake in the code there… <option value="http://textpattern.com/">Home should probably be <a href="http://textpattern.com/">Home
