Article image not displaying (when 'front' article in section)

My article_images don’t appear when you first land on an article when that article is the first one displayed in a section. The image will appear if you then click on the link to it in the sidebar (actually a list of categories).

See what I mean here
Click on introduction in the sidebar and the image will appear, but not when you first ‘land’.
