custom link_to_next and next_title tags

I am trying to make a link to the previous article in a certain section, and I was wondering if I could do that with the link_to_next tag. something like this <code><txp:link_to_next section=“thing1”><txp:next_title section=“thing1” /></txp:link_to_next></code> is what I was thinking of. I checked it out in the textbook and it didnt say anything about it. If this isn’t possible in txp, I was wondering if there was a plugin that would do what I wanted.

apperantly it does this by defualt and i am just a dumb person, sorry.
