seperate article page layout?

Hello textpatterners,

I hope ive got this question in the right place! Im having a problem with the layout structure of my page. On my home page i have my article set to a limit of one. I also have an archive page generated by article_custom.

What i want is a page that when the user clicks “comment” or the permlink in the title of the post is a unique page, dedicated to that post, which shows all comments made and also the comment form.

I think with all my messing about with sections, etc, ive lost/destroyed it somehow.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Re: seperate article page layout?

What happens now when you click ‘comment’ or the permlinked title?

Re: seperate article page layout?

perhaps what you need is on your archive page, where you have ‘article_custom’, try this:

<txp:if_article_list>
<txp:article_custom />
</txp:if_article_list>

<txp:if_individual_article>
<txp:article />
</txp:if_individual_article>
