Having trouble posting, code appears when i finally do
I’ve tried searching but haven’t found anything so apologies if this already exists.
I’m using textpattern 4.0.3. on my website www.planet-snow.com
It has been working fine for about 8 months. Now when if i post a long entry when i hit publish, what i’ve written disappears and nothing is posted.
if i post 1 line it works, then i can go edit and add another line , and another, etc. This will work (although time consuming) but code appears in the post. mostly \n instead of a new line.
There are examples on the page if you care to look.
I’m assuming something may have changed on the host but wanted to see if anybody else has heard of similar?

Can you post diagnostics please?
Also, it’s worth asking your hosting company what they’ve changed recently. There’s always something.

If you’re using MySQL 5.0 prior to 5.0.22, this could be the culprit – various MySQL bugs, combined with a MySQL configuration setting recently changed by your hosting company.
