RFQ: Looking for a TextPattern web-site designer for small site

Hi,

I’m looking for a web-site designer to create a TextPattern Theme which I can use for a new site. My budget for this small project is around USD 300.

My existing site, for my shareware software, does not use a CMS and is becoming hard to manage. I’m posting here, as I think it might be a more efficient way of reaching designers, rather than pinging each design studio listed on http://txpmag.com/by_cat . I have looked at the Themes at http://textplates.com/, but most of them are for blogs.

What the site will have:

product pages (for several shareware apps)
blog (this will be the easy bit, I could even manage this on my own! :-)

Style:
Here are some sites which I quite like. They should give you a good idea of the kind of sections required (obv. I will let you know my existing site, once we proceed).

Note that I am installing a wiki on the site as well, so I would want to use the same graphic theme for the wiki, e.g. background, css, header, footer.

I already have content from my existing site, so the designer won’t be responsible for creating text content or drawing graphics. The graphical work should be limited to creating a nice theme, and with the necessary bits and bobs (e.g. instructions, small graphical elements, or templates) so I can add new content and maintain the look and feel of the site.

It would help me, and perhaps others to to be clear on what you are looking for.
Are you looking for strictly design work? Caan you flesh out what you mean by “Template” work?

For me, the scope is larger than the budget.
