Changing categories for multiple articles
I have to move a large number of articles from few categories to one and I only see an option to change section, is it possible to do this with categories to ?

If this ‘move’ means that all the articles in a particular category will move to a ‘new’ currently ‘empty’ category you could just rename the category.
If you just want to move some articles from one category to another I can not think of an automated way.

I need that. I’ve looked for pluggin but couldn’t find any that could do this. Weird that there’s an option to change section and status but not author and categories :S

Not really strange, just not implemented (yet). I can do some work on this in svn, though. :)

You may download it from here but this is a non stable version. Developers urge to wait until the official release.
