As the message says, the database you’re using already contains Textpattern tables. They might be from a previous failed setup attempt, or they might belong to a live site if you’re running more than one.
Your options are:
1. Create and use a different database, or
2. Use a different ‘table prefix’ setting, or
3. Remove all tables from the database (if they’re unused)
You’ll have to consult your hosting company’s documentation on how to do Option 3.
