Comments Do Not Work

After pressing the preview button after posting a commnet, viewers get this:

form popup_comments does not exist

I changed comments_form to default. Is there another form I’m missing. It’s not with the Theme package I unzipped. Where is it, so that I can install it?

Disable popup comments in the Admin section, or create a new form, popup_comments. Default forms with new installs.
