Admin > preferences > Advanced prefs > "Plugin cache path"
Hi,
Just installed another installation of TXP on same server, but different account… Was going through the admin section and noticed some discrepancies between the two installations (same versions)… well, just this one discrepancy so far…
One installation says “Plugin cache path”, and the other says “plugin_cache_dir”… Not sure why there is a difference between the two. Prob no big deal…
Also, should I specify a path to the plugin chache? If so, what folder should I choose, and if I do not specify something does TXP automatically default to a certain folder?
Many TIA! :D
Cheers,
Micky

Try updating your language from preferences, and the first issue should be gone.
plugin cache is mainly useful for plugin development, it allows you to load (uncompiled) plugin from the filesystem. You can leave it empty, if you don’t use that.
